This may, or may not be official and the final draft, but it is what is floating around, and frankly, I don't like it. I think many of the things are unnecessary to the situation, and I think that GM is taking advantage of the situation to set us back 50 years. I will post things slowly as I have time, and individually so that comments can be made.
