Eliminate, convert to two vacation weeks scheduled between Memorial Day and Labor Day
From International Executive Board Meeting 2-18-09
Eliminated starting in 2009 and will no longer be paid. Both weeks if scheduled wiould occur during any week between Memorial DAy and Labor Day with the local parities have additonal scheduling options.
